Born in Indonesia adopted to a great set of Parents and raised in New Market, VA.
Josh started fishing in his pond by his house using paper clips and worms. His father was afraid he would get the hook stuck in his hands so Josh used paper clips and turned them into hooks.
Growing up in the country allowed him all the freedom to fish different types of water like rivers, lakes and ponds.
Josh went to college and studied Physical Education, graduated with a BS Degree and headed to FL.
His love for fishing grew even more when he met his buddy Jerry who fished all his life, together these two men would both share the love of fishing with each other both saltwater fishing and bass fishing.
He got married in 2007 to Lissy Jetter and they have 2 wonderful kids Boston and Isabella.
Moving back home to VA in 2008, Josh started tournament fishing with his brothers Steve and Ardie Jetter.
Joined 2 bass clubs the Shenandoah Bassers and Weekend Anglers. Learned alot of different techniques and won some tournaments which only fueled his desire to compete in more. Josh entered himself into the
Basssmasters Northern Open in 2010 on the co-angler side and finished 35th cashing his first check.
Josh moved to Texas in 2013, he works as an Athletic Director for North Dallas and loves his job.
When Josh isnt working for the school he’s working really hard for his sponsorships he has optained through the years. Always giving 110%
